What To Bring _​
You may not have all items below.  This is just an outline.

  • Income slips from work or self employment. (T4, T4A)

  • Slips from the government. CPP, OAS, EI/CERB, (T4AP, T4AO, T4E, T4A) 

  • Pension or investment slips. (T4RSP, T4RIF, T3, T5)

  • Government income programs. (T5007)

  • Rent receipts or property taxes paid for the year.

  • Day care receipts.

  • RRSP contribution slips.  You may have 2, with the second one not coming in until mid to late March.

  • Union dues receipts.

  • Medical receipts and out of pocket premiums for medical coverage.  *See tips page.​

  • Tuition slips (T2202) These must be printed from your account with the educational institution.

  • Student loan interest receipts. (Sign in to OSAP website for these.)

  • Donation receipts.  Must be official receipts received from charitable organization. ​​

Note: Taxes of 4 years or more will require a deposit before work is started.
